1 tablespoon Greek yogurt / sour cream
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon Frank red hot sauce
a pinch of salt

4, 6-inch mission soft taco flour tortillas / corn tortilla
chopped cilantro for a side dish
lemon wedges
Instructions
- To make taco sauce, mix mayonnaise, honey, mustard, sour cream and Frank's hot sauce. Keep away.
- To cook the shrimp, first peel and spread the shrimp, wash and dry them.
- Put shrimp taco marinade on the shrimp, rub the shrimp well to pickle the shrimp. Keep away for 10 minutes.
- To prepare cabbage, add chopped cabbage, cilantro, thinly chopped onions, black pepper powder, honey, red chili powder and lime juice to the bowl, mix well.
- Heat the pan, add some oil to the pan, and the pan heats up.
- Put the shrimps in one layer in a pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, turn them over to cook.
- Once they are pink and well cooked, keep them aside.
- Preheat the tortillas, add the shank, shrimp, taco sauce, chopped cilantro to each tortilla and serve immediately
Recipe Notes:
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, or if you still feel that you need a little more solid shrimp, there may be a minute more, but do not digest, as they will chew.
- Serve the shrimp right away, as it tastes best after cooking. So be prepared before grilling shrimp.
- The left will start to come out of the juices, so mix the next when you are going to fill the tacos.
- To make the taco sauce more spicy or sweet, adjust the amount of hot sauce and honey accordingly.
